IT Support Technician skilled on Windows 2003 server, Active Directory, Windows XP, MS Office and TCP/IP is urgently required. Any experience with SQL Server would be highly desirable.
You will provide general IT Support to users face-to-face and over the telephone. You will also manage helpdesk requests, walk the floors once a week to provide ad hoc support and provide adequate cover for the IT Manager.
